Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password. When you create a listing, we collect the vehicle details, photos, and location information you provide. We also collect your payment information through Stripe (we never see or store your card number).
How we use it
We use your information to operate the marketplace: displaying your listings, processing payments, communicating with you about your account, and improving the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
Photos and listing content
Photos you upload are stored on Cloudflare R2 and are publicly accessible via your listing URL. Listing descriptions, specs, and vehicle details are displayed publicly on the site. If you delete a listing, we remove the associated photos and data from our systems.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in). We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare for image storage and CDN, Neon for database hosting, and Vercel for application hosting. Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We share the minimum data necessary with each service to operate the platform.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at chris@fullysorted.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify registered users by email. The “last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
